Our Production

A generous terroir

Our vineyard is situated on rich and fertile terroirs that contribute to the complexity of our wines. The Luberon vineyards are located in the heart of the Luberon Nature Reserve, and benefit from Mediterrean influences including fresh air from the Alps that runs down the length of the Durance river. The wide temperature range, varying from warm days to cool nights, preserves the grapes’ freshness while also allowing them to mature perfectly.

Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape vines are planted in red pebbly soil, with a deeper layer of slate that helps store water. The pebbly upper layer protects the lower soils from the hot summer sun, letting the grapes ripen to their fullest expression.

Organic Production

Firmly rooted in our traditional winegrowing techniques, and driven by our values, our winemaking philosophy is focused on expressing the best of our terroirs. After starting organic production in 2019, our vintages have been certified EU organic since 2022. Our vineyards are proudly free from insecticides and weedkillers, in an effort to protect our Provençal countryside- a UNESCO biosphere site.  We strive to preserve the nature that surrounds us and gives us so much, in order to ensure that future generations continue to harvest its fruits. We encourage biodiversity through synergies such as allowing sheep to graze amongst our plants.

Meticulous winemaking

We produce Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Rhône and Luberon  PDOs, as well as Méditerranée GPI. Our winemaking techniques vary depending on the appellations, but they always start with careful work amongst the vines throughout the year.  We exclusively hand-harvest our grapes before sorting them and pressing them whole: this painstaking process imbues our wine with nuances and complex flavor profiles. Once the grapes are pressed, the liquid ferments in cement tanks. For Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it then ages in wooden barrels; our Luberon and Côtes du Rhône wines age in steel tanks.
